Please provide board ID to pin point the problem.

This usually happens when you have current leakage in input power rail. Assuming your charging IC and MOSFET is OK.

Hi,

Under which OS it is hanging and what was the source of your driver? Did you mean HDMI HC driver or Intel HD graphics driver? please clarify to narrow down the possibility.
