have you checked PR137 & PR138 resistance value. These voltage dividor resistors feed ACDET pin & u will get around 2.75v on ACDET pin according to the board schematic.

I want to recover data from hdd. But PCB swapping will not work until bios is swapped too. But my problem is that my hard disk pcb has no external bios chip. It's inside main controller chip. Is there any way to extract bios that is integrated inside main controller chip.
