dell 14r 5420 19v short solution
all 19v caps short remove but again short 19v
and then check coil for ground short shorting checking
2 coil found near graphic and battery conector back side
i will try removed coil and near caps 330 and check but power on no display
and then bios rewrite laptop ok fine :
