Dell vostro 2420 blank display

Sometimes it give diplay if we turn it on after 2-3 days and again it starts fileckering and then display goes blank external display is ok changed screen and display cable too same problem please help !!

Blank means full black with backlight on

blank means full white display?
or no data only backlight on?
