chematic to solve a board mal functioning

I need the chematic for Dell 5552, board LA-C571P, board DP/N 6KW6N

I need to know why the Bios chip winbond W25Q65BV is getting 1.8 volt in the lead #8,
if is design like that or there is mal functioning component? where that VCC Supply come from?

BIOS chip should be W25Q64BV and it is 1.8v operated chip. I mean if there is 1.8v then it is ok.
