Dell Inspiron 5547 bios problem

hi...all
I got one laptop from one customer, and he forgot the BIOS password. I removed the BIOS chip from MB and with the help of a programmer reprogrammed it. After powered on I found the system is still asking BIOS password. I thought the programming was failed, so again I erased the chip and again reprogrammed it. After also I found the same issue. I am sure that I completely erased the chip before programming. I friend told me there is another BIOS program embedded in IO chip.
system is asking "ENTER CURRENT PASSWORD" (checked without HDD )
I don't know what to do.Kindly help me

remove ene or etc & reprom kbc etc
