hp 15-d0004tu cap led blinking and not vrm

hi sir,
We found that hp 15-d0004tu laptop switch on but cap led blink and no vrm for cpu all other voltages are ok
pls. give us solution

Dear Arun ,
The LED blink is continuously and constantly . There is no gap in blinking that means single blink and constant
