i have Toshiba satellite c850 near charging connector ic is shorted no is [highlight=yellow]N4800LS[/highlight] any one help this ic equivalent any ic no`s

Greetings
please inform all about, which schematics you are referring means motherboard number like la-4101p, or da0XXXXXX. any way-fundamental is all regulation section output mosfets are generally N type mosfet. Please refer to datasheet and characteristics by doing this you can understand the replacement. One important note be careful about dual Mosfets.
As you asked it is N type mosfet used very regularly like 4422,4800,4468 all are N type single channel Mosfets.
