Laptop Model: Dell Inspiron 15-3521
MotherBoard Model: Compal La-9104p
Processor type: Intel core i3
Ram type: DDRIII
Laptop power on ok but no display
I have diagnosed every voltage on this board still can't find the problem, I have flashed both EC and PCH bios still no results.
19v is present, 1.8v is present, 1.5v is present, 0.75v is also present, VR_On is 3.3v, but VCcore is 0v, I also noticed that VCcore line on Pc1228 is 0.02ohms to ground.
Can anyone help me on where to troubleshoot next.

I have 5v and 3.3v working perfectly, I suspected its pu700, I replaced it but still no Vccore.

i have the same motherboard la-9104p rev 1
the fact that i have 5 motherboards and they have the same problem, they turn on, no display the cpu not heat....help plz
