Hp G6 2000 R33 dead

Hp g6 2000(DAR33HMB6A0 REV:A).Its dead.when i press power switch the power connector led blinks 3 time.but on battery it works fine.plz help

Most probably is IC PU13 damaged. What's the reading in its pin 17 (+VH28) and in pin 15 (ACIN)?
