sir gagibyte ga-h61m-s2v-b3 power switch press power on but auto restart after 2 secent continue how can i do sir? plz please tell me

Check VCORE voltage and post readings.

Also check for pulses in bios chip in main bios and backup bios.

Motherboard is posting ? It shows the Gigabyte Logo ? Have you tried with a VGA card ?
