dell vostro 1015 ,no display

Dell vostro 1015,DAVM9MMB6G0 REV G
DC SUPPLY reading--0.71amp
all voltages are present,no led indication present on all 3 leds of front panel.If I check without RAM
then led light flashes.Tried flashing the bios with different files,but no luck.I think RAM detection is the problem.Members your suggestions please.
