Sony no display

Due to Broken display change. There is no display in Sony Vaio svs131a12w (svs13116fab). Edid/panel memory changed set ok. Due to lines on screen display replaced in warranty.on time the edid/panel memory is lost....
So I need panel/edid memory bin
Anybody have the below listed panel memory...
