+19 VOLT AND 3.3VOLT (STANDBY) VOLT OK ,BUT +5 VOLT MISSING SO I REPLACED ICH (IBM)
THEN ALSO NOT SWITCHING ON BUT +5 VOLT IS GENERATING (STANDBY),
FOUND 10K AND PF REGADING ICH (RTC)
CHANGED IT NOW ON NO DISPLAY (AMP 48)
AFTER THAT FOUND NORTHBRIGE CAP OPEN REFIX IT NOW ITS RUNNING F9
