Diagnosis- I/O And PCH Faulty
Process-
Found MotherBoard and Checking All Voltage Is Working PWM- ok
Found PCH Burn (Burn PCH-CG82NM10 Replaced) But Not Power On Motherboard Then Replaced I/O(791LA0DX) After Replace I/O Motherboard Working Fine
