Dell A860 Vm9M 3.3 / 5 Volts are not Generated

In this motherboard 3.3 and 5Volts regulator used Rt8206 was not being enable. Only 5 V_ alw2 being generated all input were ok instead enable, red round circle resistance was ok but still +3.3V_EN2 not going high finally reduce the resistance value to 10 ohms instead 39k job done.
Reason: as learnt slightly low resistance on enable point track or line so that enable signal not going high by reducing the value of resistance current also increased and signal maintained.
