Compaq 431 case study

Compaq 431... HR HPC MV....turn on after a few second then turn of...ceck no short circuit componen
-Flash BIOS not fixed
-reball Ati radion not fixed..
-Reball HM 65 problem fixed..turn on normally.... :D
