MODEL : Dell XPS L502
Problem : Not powering ON / Short on 19V line

Solution : first checked for short on 19V line with the help of PSU & found Core-Gfx Section capacitor getting heated.

Removed capacitor & tested for Short in Gfx Coil, Gain found short another capacitor (330) & Upper Mosfet removed it & short cleared.
Now gave Power using PSU & Laptop turns On, but no display PSU showing 0.420 AMP.
Again tested for anything heating up & found Core IC is over heating. Replaced core IC.... boom.. display coming
