Dell Vostro 2520 No Power

Model : Dell Vostro 2520
P/N : DV15 MLK 11280-1
Problem : No power & No charging
Diagnos : when plugged charger it's light dim, it's mean 19v shorting, i search schematic but not found anywhere then I check manually, first I all all primary mosfet all showing ok, then check capacitors there are too many showing shorting, I remove fews and check but they are ok then I put dc supply on 19v and starts testing with 2v-8v with upto 1A but no component getting heat, after few efforts I found pc4409 shorts then I change pc4409 and its 2 parallel capacitor pc4402 & pc4410 and check laptop working fine.
