dell latitude 2100 no power getting pulse and off...

Dear friends,,,
today i m sharing dell latitude 2100 [quanta zm1]
actually when switched on laptop its getting pulse and within second its off......
attached power supply and its take 0.002 amps then switched on laptop its take 0.439 amps and off...
on pu1 [max 17020] vin pin =17v ,, ldo= 0v, vcc and vdd =0v,, ref =0v,, but +3.3V_RTC_LDO = 3.3v
on i/o chip POWER_SW_IN# 2.73v and its also on power switchbut when switched on laptop its on and off
now reprogram bios but still same
then change max 17020 but still same problem...
so i have checked it all signal and voltages...
> LDO its 0v but whenswitched on its 5v and within second its 0v
> VCC & VDD its 0v but when switched on its 5v and withinsecond its 0v
> PL5 its 0v but when switched on its 5v and withinsecond its 0v
> PL6 its 0v but when switched on its 3.3v andwithin second its 0v
> REF its 0v but when switched on its 1.99v andwithin second its 0v
> +5V_EN1 &+3.3V_EN2 its 0v but when switched onits 3.3v and within second THEN on i/o chip
> ALWON its 0v but when switched on its 3.3v andwithin second its 0v
> SIO_PWRBTN# its 0v but whenswitched on its 3.3v and within second its 0v
> ICH_RSMRST# its 0v but when switched on its 3.3v andwithin second its 0v
> SIO_SLP_S3# its 0v but when switched on its 3.3v andwithin second its 0v
> SIO_SLP_S5# its 0v but when switched on its 3.3v andwithin second its 0v
> SUS_ON its 0v but when switched on its 3.3v andwithin second its 0v
> SUSPWROK its 0v but when switched on its 3.3v andwithin second its 0v
> ALW_PWRGD_3V_5V its 0v but whenswitched on its 3.3v and within second its 0v
> 1.05V_VCCP_PWRGD its 0v but when switched on its 3.3v andwithin second its 0v
> RUN ON its 0v but when switched on its 3.3v andwithin second its 0v
Then check all regulator section getting accurate voltages depend on its require..
last and finally on i/o chip ACAV_IN = 0v when switched on its also 0v and its coming from charging ic pu3 [max8731a]
now change pu3 [ max 8731 ] and fix the problem in this case ACAV_IN is important signal of charging ic to i/o chip but I m missing to check that signal bcoz of laptop getting pulse and off so I don’t think about this signal… anyway it is good experience for me …I hope you will like this case study….
