volt in mosfet pq35 not pass volt 19v his gate supply +19v not on just triger pr7 with twizzer mosfet on & laptop woking fine

Please provide board ID to pin point the problem.
This usually happens when you have current leakage in input power rail. Assuming your charging IC and MOSFET is OK.
