HK5 Sony 3and 5 Volts ic tps51427 blown up repeatedly

3 and 5 volts regulator ic Tps51427 blown up because 5volts LDO supply converted by PU103 into +3vpcu and EC supply as well es was short replaced but no proper supply out put from PU102 which is tps51427/ISL6237. Repalced this ic but same finally Pu103 changed and bingo..... proper all 3 and 5 volts supply LDO and wake were OK.
Display ok
