hp g6 r13 motherboard charging problem

hp g6 r13 motherboard laptop shows plugged in charging but battery percentage remains same changed charging ic all mosfets of charging section,changed battery and adapter too and reprogrammed bios too please help..!!

first u check charging volt
when u connect battery while checking charging volt in grows..
otherwise better change the new battery
