Dell 15 3537 No Power

Dell 15 3537 La-9982P 19V OK. GPU is getting over heat. Checked Volt at PL701 13V Missing.
13V directly given @ PL701 there is shot in +VGA_CORE Volt area. Replaced 3 Mosfets. Display Ok
