How & Why to change the MAC Address

We saw one question in our whatsapp support group about how to change MAC Address of laptop ?
Solutions: why we needs to change MAC address
1. we changed the motherboard and this mac address is being used in any software.
For this there are two way to change lan MAC address by replacing EEprom close to lan chip which stores the such information or by using third party software it can be done but you must know original MAC address because its unique word wide not repeats at all.
2. If at our shop customer changed the motherboard and want the same address :
For a such case exchange his lan EEprom with new board installed.
Same kind information WIFI card have, but its get changed with no problems.
