Dell 15-5548 Dead [ No Power ]

Dell 15-5548 i7 Dead [no power]
Checked all Coils for Short to Ground - No Short
Checked Vin when adpter is plug in - Good
Checked 3.3V and 5V Rails - Present
Pressed power Button
Checked Rsm rst - present
Checked Sus_On - Low [Problem]
Checked Rtc/Coin Batt - Good
Checked Rtc_rst - Present
Checked Clock Gen because this board has only one 25mhz crystal and A regulator to convert frequency and to distribute to each component needed like lan, processor and ich to
make them all active
Checked 3v supply for Clock Gen - Present
Checked 3v rtc to clock gen = 3v but in rtc out is 0.3v not good
found out that two capacitor of 25mhz crystal is shorted.
replaced two caps = Sus power Goes High
Laptop Power Ups but no display with 7 beeps [Processor Related Error]
Checked Coil Vcc core - 1.75V (this voltage is too high) not Good
Checked all power Rails within the VRM section
found out that pch is not giving PGOOD to VRM Section because Crystal is not Oscilating
Replaced 25mhz Crystal
7 beeps gone
All Problem Solved!
