Dell inspiron 15 3541 amd restarting in 1 munites

Display is coming and restart after a munites.

Found every voltage is ok.

No ic is getting hot.
Cpu also not so hot.

Observe carefully found SIO is dry.

So resolder the SIO and problem solved.
