Dell 3521 No Power on
When Connect Adopter Supply Reurn, check smd Capacitors on 19v Section not found,after found 5v section one caps short near usb connector, now power on but no display,3v missing, then check 51125a ic, data sheet missing VREG Supply,
replace good ic Case done.
