Apple macbook Air A1466

Make & Model: Apple Macbook Air A1466
Mb model: 8203437-J43
Problem: Dead. Magsafe light turns green for a second and then turns orange when adapter connected even without battery.
No Switching.
Solution:
Referring to the schematics on page 62-always present rails-PPBUS_G3H should be 8.6V.
It can be measured at Coil L7130. found 8.6v .
But it goes to the system through fuse F7140 and this fuse was open.
Replaced fuse. Laptop working perfectly and magasafe light remains green when coonceted to adapter(without battery)
Case solved.
