Aap kis ko low kerogey ager vo high he nahi hoga . To aisey signals ko pul-up ker k high baneya jata hai , or jab # a low signal assert hota hai, means that particular line connected to ground .
The power button of a laptop is the best example for this . Which is pulled high by a high oham resister and when we press the power button it grounds the pulled high to a low signal .

#means it's low in working condition, it should be low when machine is in working condition
