model --- hp g4 up gov.. laptop
problem --- no display
m/b --- r23
i check m/b on dc suppl found when pulge in dc supply power..amp is .08 and when press sw amp go 100 pulse but dispay not com...check m/b found i/o have dusty i clean the io and chek m/b not on with cpu ..and when i remove cpu m/b pn but only .20 amp on dc ...i
... then change the io m/b working fine ....display is coming ,,
