Acer Aspire 5733 Dead

Acer aspire 5733 Bord Id = PEW71 LA-6582P REV: 1.0
Symptom: Dead, No 19v on board, No 3.3v, no 5v,
I realized that the voltage on pin 5,6,7,8 of Pq52 was dropping from 12v to 6.7v constant, So I checked the impedance of Pq51 and notice that it was open (0.00 in diode test), I replaced it and, I got 19v, 3.3 and 5v, board working in perfect condition.
