I checked Acer e525 as it was charging but not turning on. Battery port was with 3.3v & on switch had
also 15v.BIOS pin 1 had .35v, 8 pin had 1.5v. Then i changed IO chip ene 926qf-c0. BIOS volt became ok.
System got ok.
