Asus P5GC

PROBLEM : NO DISPLAY

DEBUG : NO CODE , RESET OFF

DIAGNOSIS : CPURST NOT NORMAL
BUT PLTRST SB TO NB IS OK

SB 1.05 V LOST ONLY O.7 V

SOLUTION : NEAR SB 8 LEG IC CHANGE

MB OK NOW

Sir can you please tell me how to measure CPURST and PLTRST in desktop motherboards ?. I only know how to check reset on PCI slot.
