Dell 3501 LA-K034P Bios Rebuild Require

Hello Everyone Urgent help needed for dell insprion bios i have received a laptop which is already tempered by some one and laptop is dead when i received and bios ic is bad unable to read it.

now laptop are ok with display i download bios from internet and now i get display on this laptop but unable to disable manufacturing mode and can't change any setting in bios. can anyone rebuild bios for me or share full guide how to rebuild this.
