HP PAVILION 15-N Power on But No Display

Problem Reported : Power on But No Display
PSU Reading: under 0.20
Observation : Missing S3 & and beyond states supply were not present
Attempts made: for 1.8 volts there is PU10 ic number RT8068 supply input ok. After Supply input we need to check enable pin of RT8068 that is pin no 5 , and it,s operated by "Mainon" Signal ,input "Mainon" missed (no Voltage ) at PU10 Pin no.5 side initially check Impedance of pin no 5 of PU10 that is low of there appropriate value that why check after replace PU10 but status remain same in removed condition just check the main on is also reaching to PC217 then big suspect *PC217*for leaky removed and checked the main on bingo it's there.
Finally change the pu10 & PC217 main on ok and motherboard is also ok
