Dell Vostro 15-3000 (3558) USB / Headphone Circuit Board Both USB Port Not Working , Motherboard Part Number { AAL10 LA-B843P Rev:1.0(A00)} Customer complaint 1 USB Port Work But 2 USB Port Not Work After Checking Motherboard found 5.1V Missing in side circuit board U3505 Power ic of Side USB And input Power Pin 5 Voltag come(+5.1V) but not Found Pin 1 Output Voltag and Pin 4 EN# Voltage then check working usb voltage U3504 pin 5 voltage come (+5.1V) and Pin 1 Output Voltage Come(+5.1V) then check U3504 EN# Voltage pin 4 not found EN# Volt After Checking Found This voltage Come KBC25 (NPCE285PA0DX) PIN 83 but this voltage not generating ic and checking working usb ic (U3504) again found Input and output Voltage Pin Sort After Replace U3504 Work All USB Port .
