motherboard no power after replace pch motherboard turns on but every 15min turns off / turn on 15min turn off again and again wtf is that problem? i can find anything short

i replace faulty pch with same one and i don't replace cpu, why cpu not support new same pch :/

i have faced this same problem in hp 2000 motherboard
it turned off after 45 min every time
i tried for 2 days
at last changed cpu and problem solved
