Dell Insprion 5420

I have Dell Insprion N5420 laptop that has i/o board shorted but i dont know before just powered on its display come for lest 5 minutes after than it not powering on after removeing the i/o board but geting on iam cheekd the all coils im find the shorted in near by pch power coil its geting 007 ohms removed the coil cheeked the pch back side caps its showsing 007 ohms but i removed processor
than showing 035 ohm what is the problem processor or pch shorted please help
