Samsung NP300e5a screen flickering on battery works fine on adapter

Samsung NP300e5a have a Screen flickeing problem while on battery, if i attach adapter it will work fine, i replace battery and check but same problem

this problem come from vin switch 19v connect with backlight screen but 10.8 not connect
