Hi there guys.

This motherboard seems to have two bios chips, one next to the RAM slots and one next to the USB ports.

HP Omni 120 1115cx.rar that ali4799 posted has two BIN files in it:

HP Omni 120-1115cx .bin - is this for the main one next to the RAM slots?
HP Omni 120-1115cx EC bios .bin - is this for the one next to the USB ports?

All went well.

This fixed my problem: the PC was powering on only when it wanted to and sometimes even only with a black screen.

The main 8MB one (120-1115cx .bin) was for the chip next to the RAM and the 0.5MB one (HP Omni 120-1115cx EC bios) was for the one next to the USB ports. My HP Pro 3420 All-in-One it working perfectly now, although the BIOS is obviously reporting now that it is an HP Omni 120 ))
