Hp 14-B171tu no Power on,Resistance blows off again and again

I recieved Hp 14-B171tu.Board id is DA0U33MB6E0 REV E.
it has no power.Found PR139 22ohm burnt
replaced new and it blows of again and again
changed PU6 SLG55448VTR but same problem
i have checked whole board but cant find any shorting
plz help

There is a short somewhere on the board, sometimes its a partial short that's why its difficult to see, the only way to see it is to inject a low power from your power supply to the board
