Lenovo G570 Not Switching ON

Model : Lenovo G570
Board No : LA-6751P
Problem : Not switcing ON
ACTION TAKEN:
Checked for 19v present/ 3.3v & 5V Standby present
Now checked 3.3V at Power button... Missing.
Traced at Motherbaord connector 3.3v present. traced it in power button board & found track open.. rebuilt the track & laptop is up

Check the volteg
19v ok 3,5 ok switch buttom 3v ok
But no switching
Then bios program change and motherboard on or problem solve
