if dont have money to buy a power supply bt can need work that u put voltage +19.5 v nd supply trip on shorting on +19 v use dell original charger only charger contain self tripping feature else no one in market they contentious supply only dell charger original has feature that trip on short only active when reset input voltage
i m using from many years as backup universal charger low cost max o/p solution
