Problem no display
After checking found 3 volt and 5 volt OK
bios ic pin 8 (1.8) ok
No ram volt
No vrm volt
No gfx volt
Solution first reprogram bios bus same condition than reflow full board by hot air gun. After getting normal temperature check volt again without ram and heat cpu core volt ok
Ram volt 1.5 ok
Looking all volt and signal ok
Again put ram back and check display

If the bios is 1.8v so it is think the laptop should use ddrl
So the ram voltage is 1.35
Maybe it can support both
