how to extract bios from running laptop

is there any method , software which can extract bios .bin file without using the programmer from the running board
or can be extracted in any format and can be converted to .bin format?
and how to extract .bin file of bios from Dell,Hp,Compaq etc from there official website!!

there is a software Universal bios backup toolkit
and for extracting hp bios search in this website by the name of hp extract bios
and for dell bios there are some commands in CMD
like xxxxxx.exe /writeromfile
like xxxxxx.exe /writeromfile
or simply install 7zip.exe
on your pc
and extract on you pc
but some of them can be extract
