Lenovo ACLU5 NM-281 Suspended switch remain off

Lenovo motherboard received just on, No display so find suspended supply switch for +1.8VALW to +1.8VS and +0.95VALW to +0.95VS were not switching due to +VSB absence after testing find that +VSB switch is working fine but not reaching to Q39 and Q41 mosfet gates. Finally diagnose the track was open as attached images.
