I/O IC replacement for PC motherboard

I have a Compaq Lapttop Presario V6000 and a replacement motherboard for it and wanted to get some idea of the cost to install/replace the motherboard? The reason for replacement is the keyboard connection on the current motherboard is broken. Can you provide some idea of the cost involved to simply replace the motherboard?

A good locksmith should be able to fit a replacement for you. Its not an unusual lock or configuration. It worked for me, anyway. Cost: under 20.
